OVER 70 GP SCHEME

If you are aged 70 or over you are eligible to apply for an Over 70 Doctor Visit Card. The four GPs in this Practice are registered for the scheme. To register for this scheme please click on the following link, alternatively you can call to the surgery to pick up a registration form.  If you do not register, you will not be entitled to free GP care.

UNDER 6 GP SCHEME

The four GPs in this Practice are signed up for the under 6 scheme.  If you are eligible for this scheme please ensure you register your children.  The scheme will commence on 1st July 2015,  if your children are not registered they will not be entitled to free GP care.

MEDICAL CARD FOR DOMICILIARY CARE ALLOWANCE (DCA)

If you are in receipt of Domiciliary Care Allowance (DCA)you are now entitled to apply for a full Medical Card for the child you receive DCA for.  For more information on this go to www.medicalcard.ie and click on the Medical Card (DCA) section.
