Telephone Consultations
Telephone consultations are an efficient method of dealing with a large range of queries and advice both for patients and clinicians and the practice is happy to facilitate this.
However, unless in an emergency, doctors and nurses are not normally interrupted during a consultation with another patient.
If you wish to speak to a specific doctor or nurse (assuming that it is not an emergency situation) your contact details will be taken so that the doctor or nurse can ring you back when they are free. This is likely to be at the end of a surgery, or before the start of a subsequent one.
Home Visits
Please try to come to the surgery where possible. If you are too ill or housebound and you require a home visit, please telephone the surgery on 025 32724/33599.
If possible home visits should be requested before 10.30 a.m.
If you require a visit in an emergency, ring the usual surgery number 025 32724/33599.
