- people who need a repeat test as their last test couldn't be tested
- people who have become eligible for their first screening test in the past few months as they have turned 25.
Phase 2 is for standard recall (people on 3 year or 5 year recall) whose smears have been delayed due to COVID-19, starting with women who have been waiting the longest. These smears will be carried out from 1st August to 31st October.
